I’ll give it credit, the leather does feel nice and the item itself isn’t bad at all. Shipping was smooth enough too, so no complaints there. But for the price, I guess I was expecting it to feel a little more special. It’s decent, maybe even good, but I’ve definitely bought similar things for less. Not disappointed exactly, just not sure I can say it was worth what I paid...

My first impression was actually good when the package from Kramer Leather showed up. Everything looked neatly packed, and the small leather pouch I ordered was just fine.

But then I pulled out the belt and immediately realized it wasn’t what I ordered. I had asked for a brown belt in a specific size, and this one was black and the wrong size. I checked my email receipt just to make sure I hadn’t made a mistake, but the order details were correct on my end.

Shipping itself was okay, so the main issue was really the mix-up with the item. They did respond when I reached out, but it took a little while and I had to send photos. Not a terrible experience overall, but it was frustrating enough that I probably won’t order again anytime soon.

I ordered a belt from kramerleather.com, and while the leather itself seems decent, the fit was disappointing. I measured according to the instructions, but it still ended up tighter than I expected and just doesn’t sit comfortably. Maybe the lesson here is that sizing guides aren’t always as straightforward as they seem, especially with something like a belt where a small difference really matters. Shipping was totally fine, but I’m left wishing I had sized up or had a better sense of how it would actually fit

I tried to exchange an item and it ended up being way more frustrating than it should’ve been. The replies were slow, the instructions weren’t clear, and half the time it felt like nobody had even read what I wrote. I kept having to follow up and explain things again, which made the whole thing feel like I was chasing them around. Not really worth the hassle for me...

I wanted to like this holster, and maybe it would be fine for light use, but the stitching on mine was uneven and the edges felt rough right out of the package. After just a few days, it already started looking like it had been used for way longer. For the price, I was expecting better craftsmanship, so I’m disappointed.

I didn’t have much patience for this site. It looks outdated and messy, and I got annoyed quickly trying to look through it.

I ordered this a while back, maybe in late May or early June, I can’t remember exactly, but overall the custom options were really nice. It was easy to put everything together, though I do wish the preview had been a little clearer before checkout. Still, I’m happy with how it turned out.

It looks decent in person, but it’s kinda stiff. After wearing it for a little while, it starts to hurt a bit, so I wouldn’t say it’s very comftorable.

In my experience, customer service just never got back to me when I needed help. Maybe others have had better luck, but for me it was really frustrating and left me feeling like I was on my own.
